what is a Photoshop Brushes Water ?

Diane:the first make copy a brush which situeted i winrar..Then open Photoshop do click on the botton Brush Toool..On the up you can see the brush..And near the brush there is size brush..Do click on the arrow..Then it must open the window…You can see Master Diameter…There is an arrow.Do click on it..Then you cas see the list..Do click on the Load Brush..And choose the folder in where yo did copy the brush…This brushes for Photoshop Cs2,Cs3,Cs4…Mine is version 7…I couldn’t use it

There not al clean. But good to work with
