As far as i know, it is not illegal. If they are here on free distribution, you can use them (atleast I did ) The finla work is yours after all. Just mention where you got the brushes fro m:P

Saved your brushes on .JPG format again? I don’t think you need to save that much place. This brush set gets 1 from me. STOP SAVING YOUR PREVIEW PICTURES ON JPG FORMAT.
