		<description>To make them glow just work with different layer styles.  The inner glow effect used on the &quot;Edge&quot; setting with bright, vibrant colors will give it this effect in conjunction with some low opacity outer glow colors as well.  

To make it pop off even more...duplicate the layer you made them on and run a High Pass filter at 1.1  and desaturate it and set it to an overlay in your layer panel...and it should look brighter and have a more defined texture.  Hope this helped!</description>
