Im new at photoshop.. to what folder should I extract this file ?

Thanks so much – I needed some water splash for a photo montage and was expecting a hard time scanning the wev=b, cutting out, levels etc – this brush set was simple awesome – many, many thanks for your efforts and I will be back to visit and promote the web site when I get a little time
