How to Download.
1. Save as a Zip.
2. Open the folder.
3. Copy the file that says “vector___”
4. Open to my computer —> Disk C
5. Program Files —> Adobe
6. Photoshop —> Preset
7. Brushes then Paste.

What do u mean you can open it? i think u can use winzip or 7zip. or maybe your downloaded files has been corrupted
