To make them glow just work with different layer styles. The inner glow effect used on the “Edge” setting with bright, vibrant colors will give it this effect in conjunction with some low opacity outer glow colors as well.
To make it pop off even more…duplicate the layer you made them on and run a High Pass filter at 1.1 and desaturate it and set it to an overlay in your layer panel…and it should look brighter and have a more defined texture. Hope this helped!

Fantastic effort & great spirit in hosting these brushes for free..amazing person..just one doubt ..how do yo make the brushes glow..i tried it but it just adds the lines..but does not glow like in the pics shown..
